Developed the Strategic Plan Measures of Effectiveness and Performance which aggregated the College-wide Strategic Plan assessments that focused on the lines of effort. These products resulted in significant progress in defining and clarifying the relationship among mission, vision, goals, and lines of effort and measurement mechanisms that were lauded by two external assessment team as a ‘Best Practice’ in linking Departmental Actions to Strategic and Institutional Goals.EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGER: Inter-American Defense College (IADC) became accredited with the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) in 2015. Developed the strategy to maintain currency accreditation with the ACICS while pursuing accreditation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE). Enhanced the academic environment and increased the college academic stature by ensuring well-coordinated and synchronized academic efforts across the organization. These efforts allowed the IADC to be accepted as an accreditation candidate by the prestigious Middle States Commission on Higher Education in 15 months, a process which normally requires 3-5 years. MANAGING MULTI-LINGUAL AND MULTI-CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS: In an environment of decreasing defense budgets and personnel reductions, persuaded the governments of Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Panama, Peru and the Dominican Republic to increase the number of personnel assigned as faculty and staff to the internationally chartered higher education institution.
