I enjoy the challenges of understanding world consumer trends and establishing strategies with a strong focus on product development and sales growth within the Baking, Retail and FMCG sectors.Known for my Industry knowledge and ability to take an idea to market, I have been constantly learning and evolving since starting my journey as a Apprentice Pastry Chef. With a drive to learn, I have worked in a large variety of roles including Restaurants, Bakeries, Retail Supermarkets and Industrial Baking Plant operations. My retail knowledge has been developed by working in roles including Store Management, Store Operations, Store / State Support and multiple Category and Buying roles within State / National Offices.
