During my time in R&D my role focused on the release of new product lines, product line extensions, redesigns of existing product lines, and product improvements. In addition, I developed greater knowledge of overmolding technology, manufacturing methodologies, and research practices.

While in this role I developed improvements and solved problems for commercially available products. This required working with all departments to gather necessary information, build consensus around a solution, and implement those resolutions. Concurrently, I developed my body of knowledge concerning metal machining and plating, injection molding, elastomeric seals, quick-disconnect fluid couplings, and engineering processes.
