Home Accessibility Specialist / Occupational Therapist
Mission Statement for EnABLE Home Solutions LLC:
To educate my clients that the key to successful living is the continued participation in meaningful and purposeful activities and despite age, ability level or physical surroundings this can be accomplished by identifying and establishing specific adaptations that address each client's unique set of capabilities and environmental limitations.

What makes my assessment unique is that as an occupational therapist I am clinically trained to observe HOW a person performs everyday activities within their own home and then provide specific recommendations that will allow for continued participation in those activities.
This interactive assessment will reflect:
- a one on one interview between the client/caregiver(s) and a licensed occupational therapist (who is also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist and a Certified Environmental Access Consultant)
- a review of any pertinent medical information as it relates to client/caregiver(s) ability to participate in their daily activities
- an understanding of all issues that are currently being faced by the client in their home
- a comprehensive evaluation of the interior and exterior areas of the home
client/caregiver training of any recommended techniques or products that promote the client/caregiver's safety and independence
- a post-evaluation consultation summarizing product recommendations, home modification options and discussing the need for any additional services
