I am Director in the North West Valuation Consultancy team at Avison Young (formerly GVA) which is one of the longest established and most experienced in the region. After 8 years working in Manchester office I established the Valuation Consultancy team in Liverpool covering the wider City Region and North Wales. I act for a range of Clients including lenders, pension funds, the public sector, private clients and developers. During this time I have been privileged to deal with some of the most high profile valuation instructions in the region. I have acted for a number of public sector bodies in providing asset valuations for financial statements, to include HCA (now Homes England), Liverpool City Council, University of Liverpool and Manchester City Council including the operational property assets of Manchester Airport.
