Daily tasks in my role include managing our help desk team, training all staff in a multitude of areas in IT and the company, account management for all our retail clients, primary point of contact between owners and managers of each company we support, billing administration assistant to keep licensing and services up to to date to avoid hemorrhaging money, order a variety of equipment (computers, network hardware, servers, backup servers), project management, on-prem to cloud migrations, cloud to cloud migrations, escalation assistance, and sales of our MSP services. I work closely with ownership to help grow this amazing organization based on my insight and experiences, daily.

My role in this position was to be the front line support for all of our retail clients. I handled all technology requests with a glowing smile and attitude. Requests came in via phone and email, which were expected to be handled within a 2 hour SLA window during business hours, and an 8 hour window outside of business hours. I took great pride in getting every client a response within the hour, to the best of my ability. Any issue I was not able to handle within an appropriate amount of time, was escalated to higher level technicians.
