After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008, Andrew began his professional career working for Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Springfield, Virginia. It was here that he acquired first-hand knowledge of the importance of providing responsive customer service and satisfying client needs; ensuring that everyone he interacted with had the best possible experience. While working at Enterprise, Andrew met a client who had just flown into the area from California to establish a new office in the Pentagon and who was interested in including young professionals on her staff. She encouraged him to apply for an internship in the office and he was accepted. Andrew then turned what was initially a one-year internship into a successful seven-year career, working as a Human Capital Analyst for the Nuclear Enterprise Office on the Air Force Headquarters Staff. This experience taught him many lessons about the importance of hard work, dedication, pride, organization, accountability, teamwork, management, and professionalism, that he has kept with him ever since. He will never forget the men and women he encountered along the way as well as the relationships he formed, and still maintains to this day. During this period, Andrew also took every opportunity to enhance his professional development by completing academic programs at both Air Force and civilian schools. In 2013, Andrew Co-Founded The MacDonald/Becker Real Estate Team, and as Chief Operating Officer, was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company -- overseeing and implementing the team's systems, processes, policies, and high standards of professional excellence -- ensuring each and every client receives the highest quality of service and unparalleled level of commitment from all team members.In 2019, Andrew stepped back from his role as COO, and Co-Founded BILLIONS. Taking his experience and lessons learned from his career operating an award winning real estate team, Andrew created a highly customized, complete real estate team operations platform. As CEO, Andrew's job is to deliver this platform to real estate teams across the country. In addition to his role at BILLIONS, Andrew is also the host of a real estate team-centric podcast, Team Lead Talks.
