Whilst with Crown, Andrew was engaged as the Interim GM and the Operations Manager and was responsible for elements including Business Development, Contract Management, recruitment and daily management of national operations.

Andrew was engaged by KPMG as a consultant to provide workforce analysis and reform in the Air Force's Ground Support Engineering Reform Project. Within this role he was required to analyse Engineering workforce capabilities across a major cross section of Air Force and identify efficiencies that would lead to a work force efficiency dividend.

Andrew is currently working with KBR to support the Australian Army's acquisition of new force protection equipment under the L154-2 project. In this role Andrew is working on the conduct of the Training Needs Analysis across Army, Navy and Air Force to identify Introduction Into Service (IIS) training requirements and to identify requirements for the institutionalisation of FP ECM training across Defence.

During the last three years, Andrew has worked with a variety of RTOs and Training Providers in both a consultancy and relief trainer capacity. Clients such as Outsource Services, Franklyn Scholar and Scientific Management Associates have used Andrew to support their programs in areas ranging from design and validation through to delivery of Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in Business, Management, Project Management and OHS. Andrew continues to support a variety of clients with their training services to clients in all industries and remains available to support training providers on request.

During his time at Duntroon, Andrew was responsible for the design and delivery of training and assessment services within the Army's Full Time Officer Training course. Andrew delivered and coordinated training for up to 220 students with a team of up to 25 instructors and requiring quality control, validation and moderation against a national curriculum.

During his time as an officer in the Australian Army, Andrew held a range of positions across Australia and Internationally incorporating command of up to 150 employees. Andrew's career incorporated numerous positions requiring detailed planning and coordination including multiple overseas deployments to the Solomon Islands, Iraq and Afghanistan. These deployments were characterised with requirements to liaise with diverse stakeholders, carefully manage timings for deliverables, ensure high standards of safety and quality control, and to lead and manage large and small teams in complex, high pressure environments.
