Executing the delivery of time sensitive, process critical and technically challenged projects was achieved through lead by example techniques;- Complete Greenfield Design and Construct project for mining company under accelerated program conditions for the recovery of process effluent and condition to low scaling, low corrosive grade for reuse in underground mining equipment south of Sydney, NSW,- Complete Brownfield Design and Construct project for prominent oil and gas company recovering sale-able oil product through two stage bulk oil removal / polishing process near Roma QLD.- Complete Deployable Containerised Design and Supply project to compliment a Western Australian port authority environmental protection initiatives complying with ANZEC limits. - Commission $5M Food Processing WTP Upgrade.Serving as an advisory member to the senior management team providing insight and advice on customer needs, product and process gap analysis, developing future business strategy, models and objectives, and identifying new growth areas including emerging market segments and product initiatives.- Develop refined DAF design for commercial market segments.- Develop simplified chemical make down / solution blending system as standalone system with potential for retrofit to existing proprietary range further cementing market position through reduced cost to market.- Revised bunding product line improving manufacturability, secondary containment volume, and drainage access.- Develop complete solutions provider strategy including but not limited to water harvesting, recycling initiatives and alternate use.- Develop treatment plant sustainability strategies including cost offset methods such as biological sludge enrichment / processing as saleable end product.

Gaining experience in the food and beverage and metals industry the highlights of this role were;- Complete Brownfield Design and Construct turnkey high rate nitrification-dentrification SBR for poultry rendering wastes including integrated ammonia stripping process for TW compliance in Tamworth NSW,- Integral role in Design and Construct of compact DAF-SBR for lamb rendering wastes for TW complaince in Tamworth NSW,- Design and Construct a Brownfield MBR-RO Class A+ reuse AWTP for malting customer increasing their production capability by reducing their TW footprint in Tamworth NSW,- Complete Brownfield Design and Construct MBR-RO Class A+ reuse AWTP for malting customer reducing their reliance on potable supply in Geelong Victoria,- Design and Construct heavy metals and hexavalent chromium removal packaged plant for coil coating client supplied and commissioning in Greece.- Integral support role as commissioning engineer for 15M+ prominent NZ / Japanese Pulp and Paper Company.- Assist Project Managers by providing key project and process support for delivery of subsystems and equipment of larger WTP projects nationally.
