Conversations - built tools that empower HubSpot customers to better engage with and serve their customers through support/service automation and conversations. Bots, Chatflows, LiveChat, Customer Portal, and more.

Built, architected, and scaled an innovative SaaS platform that allows customers to easily build and deploy chatbots that leverage NLP technologies with little to no-code. Over 50,000 users and developers created ~90,000 bots to process tens of millions of messages monthly.

• Researched and wrote legal memoranda on various issues for the Criminal and Civil Divisions• Assisted with discovery for pending and ongoing criminal cases with the Narcotics Prosecution Unit, the Criminal Investigations Unit, and the Domestic Violence Unit• Observed bench and jury trials, hearings, and other court proceedings

• Conducted legal research and advised the various departments and divisions at City Hall including the Health Department, Evanston Police Department, Zoning Board of Appeals, City Manager, Housing Department, and others• Drafted and amended ordinances pending passage by City Council including the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance• Wrote legal memoranda, briefs, development agreements, and other contracts, agreements, and statements• Edited and proofread documents• Observed proceedings at Cook County Circuit Court: District 2• Actively took part in City's acquisition of various properties, conducted property research and prepared closing documents
