Debit Dispute Analyst I
Current- Perform chargeback processing of 50 cases per day, handle dispute inquiries and all aspects of the dispute process in compliance with Visa/Mastercard, federal, and state rules and regulations.
- Process the issuance and reversal of provisional and permanent credit to member accounts as needed.
- Review and respond to cardholder inquiries relating to claim status.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from Member Service Support Center and other operations personnel seeking assistance with non-fraud, card-related topics.
- Assist with new-hire training with regard to processes and systems.
