Sales, Project and Business Development Responsibilities: - Meeting clients to get briefing on project and specific customizations.- Preparing Quotations to be sent to clients for confirmation.- Create job sheet and giving briefing to execute the structure construction / printing process (inhouse production).- Sourcing for suppliers to handle and execute the structure construction / printing process (outsourcing)- Follow up progress and ensure arrangement of delivery of project is on time.- Be on site during installation / delivery date to monitor and ensure all is delivered accurately as per briefing of client.- Oversee the business development matters of a start-up Thai Food Restaurant, Gift shop, and Indoor golf course. - Communicating with Thai Chefs and taking care of the accommodation, well-being and payroll for the Chefs and workers.- Videography and video editing for Restaurant Marketing Purposes (Instagram and Facebook)- Propose product ideas and oversee the design to product creating to become unique value product for Gift Shop.- Preform routine check on the employees at the indoor golf course.Other responsibilities: - Assist in the transition of HR department to new person in charge.- Advise the new team in and matters pertaining the daily function of the HR department
