Drive complex deployments with a mixture of a resource planning SaaS solution and integrations of various enterprise level systems, while working side by side with clients to solve their business challenges across a variety of use cases and industries. Deliver detailed technology solutions through consulting activities with clients via remote working sessions and on-site visitations, which include global clientele on 6 continents. Create system architectural designs, client trainings, process enhancements, and workflows to enable client success relating to implementation of new resource and project planning capabilities. Perform executive level and end user client trainings with consultant-created materials. Originate new in-house processes pertaining to implementation services and solution design structures. Collaborate with product, development, technical support, and solution design teams to enhance resource planning SaaS solution and handle client needs.

Work with various teams in Enterprise Technology and Operations in support of project portfolio planning activities, project funding approvals, project estimations, and resource capacity planning for the enterprise, including all 8 affiliate banks. Review, analyze, and evaluate delivery processes, standards, and procedures for improvement and change on an enterprise level pertaining to technology. Analyze, design, and implement software delivery methodologies; perform system administration for multiple support systems within the Project Management Office.

Created and established relationships between the credit union and all major and collegiate sports teams across Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho. Responsible for forming additional channels to cement brand management within those parties. Sports relations include: Utah Jazz, University of Utah, Brigham Young University, and Real Salt Lake, among others.Lead out the management of various projects for said sports relations, as well as other businesses throughout the Intermountain region.

Work directly with clients providing quality service and establishing relationships while building mutual trust with the clients and maintaining legal and moral ethics through client account management; evaluate market trends and utilize data and financial statement analysis to consult customers on appropriate courses of financial action with general accounts, consumer loans, mortgages, certificates of deposits, IRA’s, trusts, investments, business accounts, etc.
