Currently at HiViz I am responsible for the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) side of production and work with a great team. Currently working on designing and implementing a multivariate statistical process control system while maintaining current quality production.At NYX I was primarily responsible for tool and work cell changes, additionally color changes and restarts.At TG as a mold setter for 4 years I was responsible for the press from the last part of the previous run to the first good part of the next run as well as restarts and light troubleshooting.Experienced with Toshiba/Shibaura, Milacron, and Arburg press controllers with some competence with Nissei press controllers.Experienced with Arburg's integrated and STAR Robotics controllers with some competence with Yushin/Wittman robot controllers.Familiar with a variety of auxiliary and secondary equipment including dryers, portable chillers, mold temperature control units, hot runner/tip systems, and pneumatic valve gates.
