Continuously improve reporting processes to Key Achievements- Recognised by the GM of Merchandise Finance at the Coles finance away day for care-taking the role of the Business Intelligence Manager for 3 months during a crucial time of the year.- Successfully managed the product hierarchy change and complex full year financial restatement.- Reduce reporting time of Supplier BDP reports (1 day per month) and Merchandise EOP reporting (5 hours per month) via process improvement and automation.- Development of season reporting, providing like for like analysis, year on year analysis and sell through measures to track performance versus expectation. This saved the merchandise groups 2-3 hours per week during seasonality periods.- Construction of TM1 input templates to assist with the loading of budgets. This saved the Finance Business Partners time and allowed more emphasis on producing the budget.
