Won the Metro Transit Commuter Choice Government Entity of the year award in 2018 for stpaul.gov/parking. I organized and planned the architectural vision for the project from start to finish. I worked with internal IT, IT vendors, and external partners to deliver. Played an integral role in relaunching stpaul.gov. Delivered website hosting recommendations to executives, created module proof of concepts, coordinated vendor and internal tasks, configured key CMS screens, and delivered recommendations for FED improvements. Additionally, created and implemented classroom training for 80 CMS editors.Led the UX and coordination of the latest stpaul.gov homepage redesign. Analyzed Google analytics, coordinated feedback from key city personnel, and vendor development team to improve usability. Led the UX and FED for the 21st Century Police Report on stpaul.gov. Delivered wireframes and FED templates, along with coordinating with backend development to deliver the project on time to the Saint Paul Police. Led the UX and development of a mobile MicroSoft PowerApp for the Department of Safety & Inspections summary abatement process to collect in the field information, replacing the paper process. Led the UX and FED of the Truth In Sale of Housing web app, allowing for the collection of 100+ data points in the field. Coordinated backed integration efforts with development team to connect with legacy system. Led the migration of righttrack.stpaul.gov to city servers and project managed the development of a custom WordPress module with external vendors. Researched and delivered solution recommendations for multiple technology implementations, ranging from one million dollar implementations of site plan review software to five figure implementations of web to print applicationsHired and mentored two web development interns, providing weekly mentoring sessions and balancing work tasks to allow for career growth and driving team success.
