Having initially taken on a 'work from home' role with Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor, I assumed responsibility for a team of 15-20 advisors giving management and support to obtain information from positive cases and provide accurate guidance and support to cases and contacts throughout their isolation.Management of their KPI's is an integral part of my role covering AHT, Occupancy, Bill to Pay, Attendance, Shrinkage and Call Quality using bespoke internal systems to perform my daily duties.

Built a control framework supporting a manual Asset Servicing process across Corporate Actions, Coupons, Redemptions, Dividends and Tax Documentation.• Business Development. Prepared test scripts, performed user testing and implemented Gloss to support Asset Servicing across both London & Frankfurt entities.• Leadership. Mentored and motivated settlements & cash reconciliation team members in Asset Servicing which provided additional coverage and support for the functions.• Work Ethic / Attention to Detail. Completed comprehensive desktop procedures supporting Asset Servicing & Control Oversight• Communication / Data Analysis. Built a control framework supporting senior management, operations management, operations risk, compliance and front office through daily operations control dashboards and monthly statistics using both Excel and Power Point.• Operational Risk and Control / Team Oriented. Collaborated with Operations Management & Operational Risk on the delivery of weekly Operations KRI’s using the Basel II risk criteria.• Accounting and Reconciliation. Motivated a team in the recovery and resolution of corporate action cash proceeds on a £22b portfolio across a large network of affiliates.• Complex Problem Solving. Collaborated with all teams across the administration to identify assets which ensured a 100% return to creditors / clients.• Business Process Improvement. Analysed systems utilised by asset servicing to manage and record all cash and stock proceeds to ensure they met the requirements of the administration.• Project Management / Cost Effectiveness. Completed a risk assessment on the systems used by asset servicing towards the end of the administration when they were no longer cost efficient. Decommission all systems and transitioned to a manual process to manage the remaining positions before the handover back to the administration.• Accounting / Reconciliation. Collaborated with IT and administrators in the build of a new accounting tool prior to the handover to the administrators. Performed a full reconciliation of all accounting books and records before the handover with UAT performed to ensure successful transition.

Built manual Microsoft Access databases to manage manual processes for Custody Settlement, Custody Fees, Note Issuance and Corporate Actions to replace manual Excel processes.• Flexibility, Adaptability and Business Process Improvement. Integrated Note Issuance function into operations, analysed the process and implemented new control framework which provided comfort to the front office with an increased programme from $0.5b to $4b in under two years.• Project Management. Prepared test scripts, performed user testing and implemented Calypso to support Asset Servicing and Custody Settlements.• Communication. Effectively communicated corporate actions to clientele ahead of competitors which encouraged large hedge fund to transfer entire business to company and agreed 200% increase in custody fees in line with additional business.• Communication. Played a key role in a customer survey to identify performance issues with clients and desired future client requirements. Resulted in the implementation of an upgraded Bank of New York Workbench tool which facilitated direct client interaction. Clients’ accepted a new fee structure which increased fee income by over 100% and resulted in a reduction of client queries.
