Current- Leads team of six Support Agents- Responds to technical issues regarding use of Vanilla Forums- Professional communication with enterprise/corporate-level clients- Leads training of new hires working with Vanilla product- Collaborates with multiple departments to achieve company goals- Meets with product team to improve Vanilla product- Creates and updates internal/external documentation- Knowledge of Zendesk, Freshdesk and Happyfox Support platforms at administrative level.- Other Technologies used: Github, Jira, Kibana, Sendgrid, Browserstack, 1pass, Microsoft Office suite, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Productboard, Monday
