I led a team of 7 engineers who supported 6+ products across Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments. I collaborated with 12+ teams on planning and scheduling maintenances and hotfixes, ensuring no downtime for high availability environments.I was in charge of scheduling monthly Windows and Linux patching maintenance and verifying up-to-date security fixes were applied.I ran Scrum meetings between my team and Cloud developers to prioritize work of our team more accurately.I created and updated running a release schedule, allowing my team to work around other projects assigned to them.I led my team in implementing a 9-month schedule to creating 5 AWS Cloud environments across 2 different regions.I delivered annual employee reviews to my team and held career conversations twice a year which helped drive my team to grow and perform better.I held monthly one-on-one sessions with each team member where I reviewed their priorities and assignment progress.I kept up to date on all the technical aspects of all projects being worked on by my team which allowed me to keep other teams informed of our progress and speak to any technical issues that were encountered.

I supported 100+ applications in both Linux and Windows environments.I designed an in-house web-based GUI used to drain/undrain applications and deployed across several environments.I maintained/modified all scripts used to build/deploy all applications and added automation where possible which allowed new applications to be added to the process seamlessly. i orchestrated an effort to migrate all build/deploy jobs from Jenkins and our in-house solution to AntHillPro, helping align systems with rest of division.I moved all of our applications from a CMDB flat file system to an in-house CMDB GUI which allowed us to track configuration changes more efficiently.I created several automation scripts which drained, deployed, tested, and undrained our 100+ applications at once instead of having to do each applications individually. This drastically reduced the time it took to release the code.

I created an in house GUI that was used to build and deploy applications using shell, PERL, and Ant.I updated and maintained all build/deploy processes for 5 applications that eventually grew to over 100 applications in a 4-year span.I migrated all in-house build scripts to Jenkins which allowed for monitoring and automating applications more efficiently. I oversaw and implemented the migration of all our applications from WebSphere to Tomcat and modified all of the Jenkins build scripts to accommodate that migration.
