Geographical spread across two states – (Albury, Bendigo, Horsham, Morwell, Shepparton, Deniliquin and Warrnambool - $35 million / annum revenue, 40 FTE staff). Responsibilities included: P&L; safety; achievement of sales, EBIT, expense, ROFE, operational and customer service KPI’s; approval of CAPEX proposals, strategic planning; forecasting; implementation of national programs, policies and procedures in marketing, supply chain and safety & operations; building capability through performance management process, coaching and facilitated training.
