Investigated and resolved a variety of functional and technical problems including interface and sub-ledger reconciliation errors, logging and progressing service requests with Oracle, as needed. Developed, revised and supported key finance and payroll reports including expenditure analyses, gender gap reporting, intercompany transfers, monthly KPIs and reconciliations using Oracle SQL, QlikView and Excel.Managed and resolved audit reviews and actions, including patching, security and compliance issues.
