WHAT WE DO:At Award Consulting, we help ILECs and CLECs who use Metaswitch products by providing (a) day-to-day mentorship/support to their local team(b) guidance and implementation for network changes/migrations, and (c) a roadmap to launch new products like hosted PBX.HOW WE DO IT:Unlike most telecoms consultants, we specialize in technical projects using Metaswitch products. Our key employees are all former Metaswitch engineers and we provide high-touch, personal assistance to our clients. MY BACKGROUND:I spent 14 years at Metaswitch - starting out as a junior developer in England, before moving out to the US to provide technical support to independent telcos as a customer support engineer. I later moved into management where I established the Commissioning Team - responsible for all new customer commissioning and migration projects.I spent my last 3 years as VP Operations, before leaving in 2015 to start my own business.WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING:"We are really thrilled with how much you and your team have been able to assist us through this evolution. I have worked with a ton of 3rd party vendors in my past life and you are in the top 2.”Danielle Hopper, Director of Network Engineering, Otelco"Andrew’s technical knowledge of complex soft-switching networks, operations insights and troubleshooting skills have helped us drastically improve our network, operations, and customer satisfaction."Ray Napoletano, Director of Sales & Service – ReInvent TelecomSUBSCRIBE:We have a popular email newsletter where we publish regular articles focused on the needs of independent telcos.
