As an Application Engineering Coordinator, my primary responsibility is to develop and lead a high-performing application engineering team. A key challenge of my role is to recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they acquire the necessary expertise to excel as Application Engineers. My focus is on fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, dedicating significant time to develop and implement training programs that enhance the team's technical capabilities and effectiveness. I work on creating new strategies aimed at increasing the agility and accuracy of our engineering processes, enabling the team to respond swiftly and effectively to client needs.Additionally, I support the sales team by collaborating on strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment between engineering solutions and client requirements. This includes guiding the team to enhance their understanding of client specifications, providing expert insights to strengthen our sales approach, and ensuring that we deliver assertive and well-defined solutions that add value to our customers.In this role, I aim to bridge the gap between engineering and sales, driving success for our projects and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

• Developing technical-commercial proposals to electrical motors and generators repairs in Latin America (mostly in Brazil) of all manufactures;• Developing reports of incoming tests of motors and generators conditions;• Developing of contract models for rotating machines repairs;• Developing spare parts proposals of electrical motors and generators (old and new ones);• Visiting customers’ sites to evaluate large rotating machines conditions for presenting the best cost-technical solutions with the aim of improving competitiveness;• Costing and profit margin control according to the company policies;• Attending and leading meetings with customers to present portfolios and discuss large motors and generators repair scopes;• Defining of commercial strategies for public and private deals;

• Developing reports of incoming tests of motors and generators conditions;• Developing and updating of spreadsheets control (number of proposals, values and types of motors or generators);• Assisting of repair contract models development for dc/ac motors and generators;

• Assisting teacher in electric, electronic and automation lab classes;• Developing new educational kits to be used in lab classes;• Responsible to optimize existing educational kits to provide a safer and more practical learning for students;• Teaching in some revision classes according to the students’ need;• Practical specific trainings using electric, automation and pneumatics educational kits;
