Living a double life as a PhD student / researcher in academia and an AI developer in the industry. My main research interest is secure, reliable and interpretable machine learning, particularly in computer vision applications. My main motivations are applying my expertise to solve challenging and important problems, and learning new stuff and sharing knowledge with like-minded people along the way -- in other words, doing meaningful R&D. I'm open to industrial research opportunities, especially in my fields of interest, as well as academic collaborations.My experiences in teaching and working in cross-disciplinary teams (e.g. with doctors, engineers, etc.), led me to develop good communication, teamwork and public speaking skills. My industrial experience taught me how to achieve high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions, which allows me to effectively combine research results and industrial applications.
