During my career at Deloitte I had the opportunity to participate in some projects that allowed me to develop soft and hard skills, namely:> A project for a Portuguese bank that was based on the creation of a CCoE to support the client's Google Cloud implementation. In this project I had the opportunity to work on a very technological side of the business, working closely with Deloitte's Cloud team. Additionally, the project had a partnership with Google, which allowed me to meet weekly with an element of Google's UK offices.

I had the opportunity to have daily contact with the customer, meeting every day with a team composed of elements of 7 different nationalities and different hierarchical levels within the company.> A project for an Angolan bank, in which I had the opportunity to work with elements of Deloitte's Angola office, which, despite being a huge challenge, allowed me to get to know new ways of working. This project consisted in the structuring of a recruitment process of senior management for the bank. > A project for an Angolan bank that consisted in developing training on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing for the client's employees. > A project for a large international insurance company that recently went through an acquisition process. This challenge was based on the creation of a cultural transformation plan and the development of a roadmap for change adoption. During this project I had the opportunity to go face-to-face with the client every week, having recurring meetings with a team from the client and the client's Executive Committee.

Vice President of the Portuguese federation of Junior Enterprises, responsible for the management and expansion of the Portuguese Junior Network (18 Junior Enterprises and more than 700 Junior Entrepreneurs).Head of Enlargement, Alumni and Events.During this experience I had the following responsibilities:> Lead the organization of quarterly events for thousands of Junior Entrepreneurs;> Monitor the performance of the team allocated to the organization of local and national events;> Structuring of KPI's for the evaluation of the events held;> Promotion of events and meetings between former Junior Entrepreneurs (Alumni);> Participation in national and international forums to discuss the future of the Junior Movement;> Monitoring and support for the creation of new Junior Enterprises;> Definition of KPI's to control the development of existing Junior Initiatives;> Legal support during the creation of new Junior Initiatives;> Carrying out biannual audits of all Júnior Empresas;> Audits of adherence to all Junior Initiatives interested in evolving into Junior Company;> Lead an enlargement team, responsible for monitoring more than 20 Portuguese Junior Initiatives;> Stimulating and leading meetings and general meetings with hundreds of Junior Entrepreneurs.
