At Boulder Heavy Industries (BHI), I was the Senior Manager, Contracts and Compliance, serving a total of seven different ad-tech business units under the Boulder, Colorado incubator. The various companies and verticals I provide contracts and legal compliance service under BHI include IMM (digital media & web development), Principia Analytics (digital analytics), Fact & Fiction (social management & video production), Respondology (social comment moderation platform), Visiqua (lead gen), and Local Hero (local media marketing platform). With over 18 years of experience practicing in the legal field as an accredited Paralegal, I ran an end-to-end contract management practice at BHI. My focus began in client- and vendor-side service contracts in the advertising and digital sectors (IMM and Fact & Fiction), and has expanded to SaaS platform models (Respondology, Visiqua, & Local Hero).
