Group manager for the Treasury Solutions Group's (TSG) Central and Western markets. As experts on all of the bank solutions, my team was responsible for helping Sales, Product and Operations teams to:Share industry and bank knowledge through public speaking, internal training events, client roundtables and other events. Personally completed approximately 60 external speaking engagements and 10 internal engagements (between 2012-2023) on topics ranging from fraud, technology, receivables, payables, industry trends and integration capabilities. Advise sales teams in the development of the most significant and/or complex sales opportunities. Led and participated in client initiated Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals to ensure requirements were met, strategic objectives for the bank as well as the client were identified and proper technical expertise was available to answer all questions. Expert demonstrations of bank solutions to both clients and internal partners. Conducted detailed diagnostics and business process reviews to identify client needs and ways for bank, or non-bank, solutions to address true needs. Industry experts to incorporate trends and future needs into existing client needs.Work with Product teams to enhance existing, and develop next generation, solutions across all of Receivables, Payables, Information Reporting, and Technology needs. Detailed technical/industry expertise, coupled with first hand client information, to ensure cutting edge solutions to meet needs.Assisted Operational teams and developed processes to optimize client implementation needs and on-going operational needs.
