Managed the Corporate Account Analysis team with responsibility over all of Treasury Management pricing implementation, collections and maintenance activities. Developed and implemented an exception pricing process for sales teams to request, senior leaders to approve, and operations teams to implement non-standard pricing for all Treasury Management clients, Ensured appropriate billing to ensure statements were accurate and invoices/debits/payments were processed correctly against client accounts. Reviewed and implemented and credits and refunds to ensure compliance with appropriate policies and timely processing to ensure client satisfaction.Additionally led the Account Management group which was responsible for the setup and maintenance of all bank accounts for Corporate and Institutional Bank clients. Ensured proper procedures were followed to comply with governmental regulations and protect against fraudulent account opening or changes. As well as timely maintenance and closing of bank accounts as appropriate.Led these teams through multiple bank acquisitions across the Midwest and East Coast. Strategized with senior leadership, and successfully implemented, processes to ensure a minimal impact to converted clients from an account structure, bank solutions, financial impact, customer care and reputational perspective.
