Andy is a specialist SEN primary school teacher who has also developed therapeutic skills in order to work with children and parents and carers.His passion is in helping children make sense of their experiences and he works with parents and professionals to plan and deliver support that ranges from dyslexic or dyscalculic difficulties to multi-layered trauma-informed support, promoting nurture, emotional & social learning and resilience. Since Covid he has provided Mindfulness lessons and low intensity CBT for children and parents or school staff. In addition Andy is a foundation certified Family Theraplay Practioner and UK Group Theraplay Trainer.
