My career progression spans multiple roles, that have provided me with a multifaceted view of procurement, design risk, and a unique understanding from inception to delivery of what clients really define as a exceptional preconstruction service. 7 yrs Estimating - Including 2 year running a special works division. 8 yrs Surveying - Senior QS - predominantly commercial 7 yrs Design Management - Mostly complicated London based change of use schemes for national private equity chain.5 yrs Framework Manager - Development of a procurement vehicle and supply chain which worked alongside the clients acquisition teams and consultants - successful delivery of 50 schemes over 5 yrs for a FTSE 250 company. 1 yrs Development Management - Development of private residential properties for sale. 3 yrs pre-construction Manager - Current role - responsible for the co-ordination and management of the pre-construction department delivering £65M turnover per annum. My current role extends to bid writing, coordinating and defining bid strategy.
