Building API’s and data processing pipelines, to enrich the Madgex job data from our machine learning models. Creating graphs of data extracted from CV/resumes and jobs, to better enrich our job data

During this role I have been lead developer on Madgex's job board platform, including moving both candidate and job search into Elasticsearch, architecting and leading the build of a new multi tenanted microservice based analytics platform, using dotnet core and Elasticsearch, which is ingesting about 18 million events per day. Currently I'm working within a new team focused on data and machine learning. We have put a few classification models into production using Python and dotnet core and right now investigating using graph databases as a way of adding more context into training data and search.

Initially dedicated full time to the Guardian Jobs site. This involves working directly with the Guardian's product development manager and team to develop the site in line with their business requirements. Then moved over to the main platform team, to develop the Madgex job board platform.

I managed a small team of developers, responsible for setting up new projects on the Madgex job board platform.
