Responsible for supporting the lifecycle of critical enterprise-wide and customer-specific technology based products. Develops necessary solutions, ensure products meet business requirements and are ready for system test, deployment to production environments, and remain stable over the lifecycle of the product. Provide level II & III support in a multi-server (farm) environment.• Develop/implement tools and applications that support the organization's need to collect, integrate, analyze, and present data from a wide array of sources.• Provide subject matter expertise and consult with users on functionality and best practices.• Test, debug and document; follow established SDLC methodologies to produce quality technology products.• Develop enhancement strategies around existing technology products to ensure these products produce expected results and benefit to customers for a global user base.• Contributes to training of SharePoint and implementation of new enhancements.• Documents technical architecture for global use.• Provide leadership in incident and escalation management and demonstrate a proven ability to work closely with the product and project leaders and in leading other members of the team to develop problem solutions, and then implement those solutions.

Engineer complex turnkey solutions to deliver to the United States Air Force. Provide on site support for problem resolution. Engineer key white papers for product improvement.
