My day to day work can include a variety of tasks from delivering a wide range of training to the Volkswagen Group sales and aftersales networks (see specialities), to designing a tailored piece of training for a single retailer to being sat in a meeting with our client discussing a major product launch or the revisions to the current prospectus.The role involves both national and international travelling and no two days, i'm pleased to say are ever the same.

My role included the sale of and customer account/aftersales management of all Audi A8 sales customers. Within this role i also spent a lot of time nurturing new business leads for A8 and other models in the range and dealt with business to business to sales. Prospecting was the key to success and this was a task that i relished which has now become one of my specialisms in my current role as a trainer.

Duties included the selling and running of events within the hotel from a meeting for 2, to a wedding reception or a dinner and conference for 200. The recruitment and training of staff and regular duty management shifts in the hotel.

The running of and assisting in running of events that varied from as lttle as dinner for 2 to an event for 1500 with dinner and conference facilities at the Birmingham International Conference Centre.
