I am a committed educator and leader with experience of working in secondary schools and with governing bodies. I have a keen interest in teaching and learning and still love being in the classroom doing what I became a teacher for. Over the last years, my focus has shifted to developing other professionals. I love enabling middle leadership to thrive in our school and have aimed over the past years to enable challenge andchange from the bottom to the top of the school. My skills include: leading and developing staff; strategic thinking and planning; raising standards; raising academic achievement; implementing curriculum change; delivering professional development; and coaching colleagues.
