I love solving problems! Whether these problems are to do with selling something, or to do with people and culture, and so on, does not really matter to me. Just seeing when 'stuff works' or 'gets fixed', and the satisfaction and even joy on people's faces afterwards, is the biggest reward. I like working with numbers, I LOVE the privilege of being involved in product conceptualization and delivery. I have been in the tourism sector now for a very long time and love the hub-bub of the industry. It is a sector which constantly delivers surprises and new experiences and I will always be extremely grateful for that, whilst knowing that SO many skills learned are highly transferable too. I am extremely proud of my track record; targets and KPIs from a plethora of different tasks and jobs have been high yet achievable, and the % to which I have achieved and beaten them is really high too, so I can reflect on a good job, well done in the majority of cases - yet due to the challenges and surprises, my record is not 100% and I appreciate the chance to self-reflect and learn new skills to success the second time around - and usually do! Finally my success has only been possible due to the many talented people with whom I've had the joy and privilege to work alongside all these years. To have a really deep level of mutual understanding and respect has been really rewarding in its own right and wil be something I shall always hold in the highest regard.
