As the Max Officer for the National Citrus Canker Eradication Program I am required to maintain and manage the MAX Biosecurity SharePoint site and its contents. An extension of this is to provide technical advice and assistance to the program on SharePoint related issues, ensuring that data captured is accurate for Program reporting and providing training to staff when required. Responsibilities and Duties;- Build reports using SQL Server Management Studio for reporting of Situational Reports- Develop and maintain MAX SharePoint forms for business specific requests as required- Train program staff in the use of the MAX Biosecurity SharePoint Site and iPad forms- Monitor the flow and integrity of data collected by staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency- Assist staff in resolving IT related issues regarding the use of MAX Biosecurity system

In my previous role as the Project Administrator for National Browsing Ant Eradication Program I worked within a small team providing high level administrative and secretarial support on a daily basis to the Program and Finance Managers. My duties included managing all administrative functions of the team, capturing and maintaining auditable records, providing support to the Finance Manager in procurement actions, maintaining electronic records, and executing basic document production. Responsibilities and Duties;- EIMS/ECMS coding- Arrange Movement Requisitions for staff travelling - Management of SharePoint site, including uploading and editing documents for approval- Reconcile monthly supplier accounts- Prepare Tier 1 and 2 Procurement actions on Behalf of DPIR- Sourcing goods and services, including obtaining ICNNT approvals for interstate suppliers- Arranging petty cash reimbursements for staff- Capturing surveillance and tracing data into BIOSIRT
