About Andy Lay

From an early childhood, I've always believed in saving up for future rewards. From purchasing my first game console with saved up pocket money, to purchasing my first motor vehicle worth $35,000 at the age of 18, I've always had a passion for investing towards a goal. In 2003 I commenced my first employment with the Coles chain. This led me to discover, I had a great interest in dealing with people from all walks of life. This interest along with my passion for investing towards goals, led me to the Financial Planning Industry.After completing my Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, I was employed by JBS Financial Strategists. 50% of my time is dedicated to JBS Financial Strategists, whilst the other 50% is dedicated to Income Essentials. Having being able to work in both parts of the business allows me to gain plenty of insight in to the financial world, whilst at the same time meeting new people and making new friends.
