• Process and evaluate the damage and defects of skis, bindings, snowboards and apparel as they are returned for warranty evaluation
• Repair damaged product if not covered under the warranty policy
• Develop sales of non-warranty products to keep a good relationship between customer, shop and brand
• Organize the storage and transportation of all product being sent to the Las Vegas SIA Snow Sports Tradeshow
