Commissioned a variety of drive starter compartments from DOL / ASD / ABB inverter drives (160Kw) / soft starts.Commissioned, set-up and calibrated process instrumentation for Level, Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Ammonia, suspended solids.Responsible for the review of the existing hardwired site telemetry system for upgrading to a new telemetry outstation. Critical alarms to be hardwired and all others to be made available on the new site PLC network. Form a strategy for the transitions from the existing telemetry system to the new.Carryout studies on the Integration of new equipment into existing site panels and provide detailed connection and interface documentation.Manage and produce commissioning and O&M documentation.

•Manage a team of 5 to complete the electrical design / commissioning for the pre and post treatment of sludge and the associated electrical generation for a Thermal Hydrolysis plant, included Centrifuges, Anerobic digestion and conversion to THP sludge, Cake import, sludge cake storage, Steam Boilers and CHP plant. •Supervise the safe installation of M+E equipment and the electrical installation / testing.•Coordinate the site commissioning activities and play a lead role in the Joint Commissioning team meetings with the client.•Develop and implement safe systems of work for mechanical and electrical site activities, including risk assessments and method statements and impact / contingency plans.•Responsible as duty holder for the control and implementation of electrical safety on site.
