CurrentEast London Line - Weekend Cover; Implement health, safety, qualilty and environmental requirements supported by inductions, toolbox talks and breifing.Management and review of client and contractor paperwork and systems (Work Package Plans, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Permit to Work Systems).Monitor and ensure the correct provision and allocation of staff welfare, plant & equipment for optimum use and refer issues to Contracts Manager.Motivate and engender team commitment to deliver and exceed project requirements.Monitor site circumstances and re-plan work, optimising use of resourcesIdentify potential variations to contract and refer to Commercial ManagerEnsure and advise on all compliance related issues with quality, safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations. eg. CDM etc.Take responsibility for all staff under your control including sub-contractorsProduce daily and weekly progress reports on all Health and Safety site related issues.
