The creation of a new extension to the EBS, with a required… Show more Currently I am the senior project manager for Mace responsible for the Heathrow T5 Bagagge portfolio of works which consists of multiple major projects, with an overall budget of Circa £150M. The portfolio of works include the replacement of 30 HBS screening machines, as part of the EU standard 3 replacement with a completion date of September 2018. The extension of the existing T5 Early Bag Store to increase the capacity by 30%. The creation of a new extension to the EBS, with a required capacity of 1800 spaces, giving T5 an overall capacity of over 8000. The creation of a new Baggage facitity to process 10000 a day in times of disruption, plus various other Baggage system modifications including enhanced OOG process areas, additional make up points, and increased storagfe for ULDs.prior to this role I have been successfully delivering various highly complex, multi million pound projects across all terminals of London Heathrow, over a number of years. These include new build projects such as managing the installation of the whole of the Terminal 5 system, through to "cut and carve" modifications such as enabling the capacity of Terminal 1, to accommodate the baggage flows from the new Terminal 2.
