  Between a team of three we manage a customer base of 3000+ small to medium sized business accounts in the Island of Guernsey. We’re the single point of contact for all new and existing customers within the SME marketplace.Duties and Responsibilities:• Define clients strategic direction in order to offer the best solution for the business. • To protect this base from rival competition and grow the revenue by upselling and cross selling solutions.• To introduce Sure products into the SME base by phone, email, cold calling and direct customer visits. To work with the Sure teams e.g. Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Services, Product and Engineering; in order to develop solutions from our product portfolio to meet and exceed customer needs• To retain and grow Sure revenues in line with our Annual Targets.• Having a good understanding of the products and services sold by the Business Sales team.• Introduce new products and services to the SME base when released by the Product Team and in conjunction with the Marketing team to maximise uptake.• Communicate service delivery/customer service issues back to the relevant Sure teams to enable the business to refine products, processes and procedures.• Being flexible with regard to working hours and to take part in business customer entertainment when asked.• Communicate clearly to customers the service deliverables, delivery plan and ongoing progress (via the Service Delivery team).• Work with all internal Sure teams to ensure customer satisfaction levels are exceeded
