Helping my team succeed has become one of the most rewarding parts of my role, as I focus on creating a positive, collaborative environment that allows them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Before CriticalArc, I worked in Martech at Lead Forensics, where I helped build an enterprise Customer Success function from scratch. That experience taught me so much about aligning processes, tools, and people to drive great results, and it provided valuable lessons which I still benefit from today.When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me studying languages, playing piano, hiking, cycling, or running – all things that keep me curious, active, and energised.
