Over the past decade, CriticalArc has achieved an impressive 99% average gross retention rate, and I’m proud to play a part in that success.I’ve been in Customer Success for 16 years, and my journey has taken me from being a success manager for customers to now being a success manager for my team. Helping my team succeed has become one of the most rewarding parts of my role, as I focus on creating a positive, collaborative environment that allows them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Before CriticalArc, I worked in Martech at Lead Forensics, where I helped build an enterprise Customer Success function from scratch. That experience taught me so much about aligning processes, tools, and people to drive great results, and it provided valuable lessons which I still benefit from today.When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me studying languages, playing piano, hiking, cycling, or running – all things that keep me curious, active, and energised.
