A motivated, hard-working individual, with over 3 decades production /management experience within the print Production sector of Future PublishingSince joining TI -MEDIA ltd In 1987 I have improved the production administrative system to ensure the most cost efficient methods are used and to provide the best possible customer service to all clients as well as the display and classified sales teams and external suppliers. I am Highly experienced at working in a pressured environment, to tight deadlines. An excellent problem-solver and experienced manager of people, with extensive experience in all areas of Print Production. Proficient in management and the development of strong relationships with key clients and suppliers, to enable the on-going commercial success of the company.My aim is always to be as helpful as possible, paying special attention to those, mainly agency & direct clients, who need extra help from me in the design or structure of their advertisements.I regard myself to be very much part of a team working across several magazines and, as such, believe I make a good contribution to the overall effort both in terms of customer care and sales development. My relationship with the display / classified sales teams is strong and constant and I also liaise well with editorial and other departments.
