I am a multi-disciplinary researcher with expertise in engineering, public policy, and media & communication studies. In all of my roles, I study how we can safeguard human rights while promoting novel technologies, and I utilize my diverse skillsets in research, editing, and project management. In 2024, I stood up & led an international, cross-sector consortium dedicated to digital literacy and electoral resilience. Our award-winning exhibition supported over 2200 European voters and will head to battleground states in the US before the 2024 elections. Now, I am a lead researcher on two Horizon Europe projects, coordinating with dozens of interdisciplinary partners across the continent. I am also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Science Policy & Governance (JSPG), where I have supported over 350 early career researchers translating their scientific concerns into actionable advice for policymakers. I am committed to using science and effective communication to help inform policy and my local community.
