With over 20 years of sales and management experience in various industries, I am a driven and creative Business Development Manager at Churchill China, a leading manufacturer of ceramic tableware and giftware. My mission is to expand the company's presence and profitability in the UK, leveraging my skills in new business development, account management, team building, and strategic selling.In my previous role, I have successfully developed and managed export distributors and agents across Asia, Africa, South America, Europe, and Australia, using video conferencing and online platforms during the COVID period. I also led a team of eight account managers nationwide, delivering a multi-million-pound partnership programme from concept, and overseeing over 700 multi-channel accounts.
