Joined in 2015 as a Client Partner and employee number ten, before being asked to found and subsequently grow a highly successful Customer Success function; YJ Talent. Grew the team to nine people at three different levels across multiple functions, whilst acting as a key voice in the ongoing development of the Marketplace product.
