Driving E.ON’s ambition to be digital first. I created our first internal communications digital strategy focusing on culture, engagement, innovation and analytics. Over a three year period I partnered a variety of areas, including our Residential, Business to Business and Accelerate (transformation programme). Worked alongside senior management team and finance to forecast and track over a two year period.

Owned the roll out and training of a new CRM system used by over 120 colleagues in 9 locations across the US. To drive adoption, I developed a new management information reporting system which measured UK company trade successes and US company investments in the UK. Collaborated with senior management team to produce in depth data reports against targets to track progress.While working full time Monday to Friday, I studied during evenings and weekends to achieve my Diploma in International Business from Cambridge University. Whilst of course enjoying life in New York and all the sport and live music that comes with it.
