I have dedicated 20 years to helping organizations improve their Employee Experience (EX). My work focuses on the intersection of business strategy and human capital – helping organizations to develop people insights and EX strategies, enabled by behavior change solutions and technology. I am passionate about human outcomes and driving positive organizational change. As a Managing Director at WTW I've held a number of leadership positions including in the UK and the US. I have worked in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, Canada and the US. Throughout my career I have worked on a wide range of organizational change including broad based Human Capital initiatives, Talent Management, EVP, Mergers and Acquisitions, organization restructuring, HR transformation, culture/behavior change, and employment deal changes.
