Working closely with the Safeguarding officers at the London Professional Football clubs.• Developed the teams covert and reactive abilities through training, whilst also utilising sensitive covert human intelligence source and incorporating the use of internal and external sources of intelligence.June 2010 – January 2017Detective Sergeant Pro Active Task Force Serious Crime & Operations Command The Pro active lead on covert operations within this command.• Lead a new, cross London, Team of 12 detectives. Identify and manhunt the 15 most dangerous and high-risk rapists/paedophiles. Conduct covert proactive operations on those wrongly acquitted of Serious Sex Crimes but criminally active in that or any other serious crime, including Serious Fraud and Cyber Crime Investigations. • Responsible for the recruitment, setting up and fully resourcing of the team and covert assets. • Developed the teams’ skill in the use of internal and external sources of intelligence, utilizing covert assets to further long term and short-term operations and investigations.
