• Designed custom quality control check spreadsheets with macros for use while running samples that eliminated the need for hand calculations which saved over 240 hours of work each year.

• Trained new employees on current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and spreadsheets.

• Created a map containing both -80°C and LN2 freezers to aid staff members find freezers.
• Tested for a suitable sealant for requisition boxes and compared price and performance of each sample tested. Also edited SOP to reflect change in the process.
